To rent a scooter from us, you will need a valid driver's license, identification and a valid credit card.
Yes, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service at a location and time convenient to you, for an additional fee.
You can cancel your reservation by contacting us by phone or e-mail. We advise you to inform us as soon as possible so that we can free the car for other customers.
We are open every day of the week, from 8am to 6pm. We are also available to answer your questions outside of these hours by phone or email.
In the event of an accident or breakdown, please contact our roadside assistance service immediately at +66 89 64 80 499. We will help you take the necessary steps to resolve the problem. If you are not responsible for the accident, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle if necessary (otherwise, the replacement will be at your expense).
